The asana sequences will used will help ease muscle tension, gain strength and learn to focus on each breath and staying "in the moment". All abilities welcome.
The first half of the paractice session will include Asana's/poses helping you ease into Yoga, focus on the basics , and provide a nice'n easy flow for those who want a gentle yet challenging sequence. Each new asana will be introduced, and practiced through repetition.
The second half of the 8 week session may include Asana's/poses sequenced into a more fluid pace, combining new and more difficult strengthening postures. Involves the need to focus, relate to breath, understand how to overcome limits and learn to relax all in one.
All abilities welcome.
Group "Pay Per Class" Markham and Stouffville!!!
IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME or WORKPLACE. Minimum 3 people required. You have the option to alternate weekly lessons in the various locations of those participating.
Contact Yogarunner for available weekly dates/times and the availability of " pay per class". You and your friends/family can decide on the day/time ( subject to availability of Yogarunner) Email: to book.
Strengthen and relax area's which may be prone to injury by adding another Yogarunner group class each week to your routine (all abilities). Practice focus, form, and strength while exploring a deeper yoga practice. End of class Savasana (Rest Pose) after each class to learn to Relax and Rest the body and mind. This class is perfect for those wanting to add another guided practice into your weekly routine.
Cost of 8 week Group Class Sessions
Each group session is 8 weeks long to ensure progression, safety, and commitment.
1 class a week for 8 weeks $80 + tax ($90.40)
Cost of Group "Pay Per Class" drop in sessions
Single Class $12 + tax ($13.56)
Registration and Payment
Space is limited and is based on a "first confirm first serve" basis. Payment may be made by cash, check, or interac e-transfer. Please email to reserve a spot in the desired session(s), stating the time/class(es) you want to register for. Receipts provided.
Private, Semi Private, Private Group, Corporate, or Special Events
Available upon request (subject to availability).
Schedule is filled on a "first confirm first serve" basis.
Packages, and discounts offered for those who commit to Semi Annual or Annual sessions, as well as for those who desire the "pay as you go" (eg. 10, 20, 50 class cards (with expy date).
