YOGARUNNER strives to help you achieve your yoga and running goals by providing Mobile Yoga Instruction and Services developed with the Long Distance Runner in mind (but not limited to). All abilities welcome.
Classes are knowledgeable, friendly, goal oriented, and meant to be supportive and fostering a community-like atmosphere. Safety is kept as a main priority to avoid injury and promote healing for those with current physical concern's or ailments related to running.
Sessions generally run for 8 weeks to provide continuous guidance and progression. Some exceptions may apply (eg. events, private classes).
Individual progress will naturally occur and will vary throughout time according to each individual. How regularly one can commit to practising yoga on a weekly basis will usually dictate the level of progress throughout each 8 week session.
